My name is Ben Pearce. I spent 20 years at Microsoft - the first ten as a customer-facing engineer presenting at global conferences, winning multiple top speaker awards and announcing product features at major events.

The second ten leading technical teams and coaching individuals to perform on the world stage.

Since founding Elevated You in 2022, I've worked with organisations including Microsoft, Oracle, KPMG, IAG and BMC. I've coached people to speak at events ranging from internal all-hands meetings to international industry conferences. This program is everything I know about performing at the highest level.

Near Reading, Berkshire. The workshop uses a 170-seat professional theatre with full stage lighting, audio and recording equipment. If you're interested in a private version of the programme at a different location, that's worth a conversation.
